For RE, Kim, Antip, and whomever else needs it:

A partial, if not terribly saintly, answer to some eternal questions.

Enjoy.

I just realized that Keanu Reeves' demeanour at the end of "The Matrix" - you remember he fends off a furious Agent Smith by gently flapping his left hand at him, all the while wearing a look of beatific self-satisfaction - is clearly based on that of Chapman as he withstands the onslaught of the Black Knight by making bored gestures with his sword and essaying the occasional side-step.

My hope is that this is the very near future of the Republican party and all their professional pundits and bloggers and trolls.

I don't think I've ever laughed as hard and long as I did when I saw Grail for the first time. Ah, youth.

eli: I second your sentiment.

Tom Nolan, it's also a signature action sequence of Yuen Wo Ping, the fight choreographer, to show an exponential difference in fighting aptitude. He uses an almost identical sequence of hits and blocks in the cafe fight scene from "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon."

Actually, if you watch a couple of movies he choreographs and have an eye for martial arts, he has a couple of favorite bits he uses a lot. It's like he's signing his work.

Heheh.

Some people just don't know how to die, dont they???

Sounds like some recent MRA twolls around here, doesn't it???

A little gory for my tastes....but funny as all bloody Hell.

Well, that's embarrassing. Forgot to log out the last account on this computer. The nerdy martial-arts comment was me.

Identical to Chapman's moves against Cleese? I had no idea that the influence of "Grail" had spread so far.

The tiger isn't actually *crouching*, if you catch my drift...

"You're a loony." Heh

You fight with the strength of many women, Belle. You have proved yourself worthy -- will you join me?

(And if you say no, "You make me sad.")
