Is there a sorcerer specializing in transfigurations and/or an ichthyologist in the house?

Is Rootie doing her magic again?

maybe the person is trying to get some support for instant-messaging a fish? and not actually lamenting hir condition of ichthyosity?

Help! I am a fish!
vs
Help "IM" a fish

I guess for that you'd need a waterproof internet.

Or someone with the name I.M.A. Fish. Because maybe sie needs help?

Well, someone is clearly shamelessly ripping off the Calvin and Hobbes strip where Calvin gets tiny and leaps around on his mother's keyboard and it says 'help im a bug' over and over again.
And they need to come forward, and be held accountable.

ha! i remember that Calvin strip! exactly. also, will no one think of the bugs/fish? they, too, deserve credit, if not actual royalties; their voices are important, very important.

There's an interesting part in Marechera's The Black Insider, where he talks about meeting "The Black Hamlet" (which is actually a reference of Wulf Sach's psychonalaysis of race book, by that name). The black hamlet is a soliloquising black person in Marechera's book. In another context, it is also a fish.

I'll see your fish and raise you a 'bindi irwin and big calves'.

WTF????

well, for what it's worth, more than one person who knows i practice wicca and knows i'm trans, have accused me of being a sorcerer who, at least in one case, engaged in transfugurations.

I'm sure you would have already googled it if you cared, but it seems to be a kid's cartoon...

I like your explanation much better, tho.

*looks suspicious.*

i mentioned an article in which Tine (The L Word) was described as bovine -- to which I said, 'huh? Tina bovine? huh?'

is there a tina bovine or something. oh, i could try google. but then i'd get results like the above....
