Yeah, it is really Seattle-like today. I was hanging out with a friend of mine from Eugene and she was actually a little cold. I was like, what the hell are you talking about!? We're from the PNW, this is perfect weather! Plus it rains even more in Eugene than in Seattle...
I tell people how great it is to have non-directional natural lighting on overcast days, and nobody ever buys it...
ireland, try ireland. the sea air, the light on the water, the little grassy hills full of primroses and daises. oh just looking at increases your IQ by 30 points.
Having lived in both Eugene and Seattle, I'm going to say that it pours in Eugene (hence more inches of rain) but it seems to rain more of the time in Seattle. Today is a beautiful day in the PNW-but I'm still wearing a sweatshirt and shorts.

It rains in Seattle. A lot, I hear. Just sayin'.
Then again, it's going to be in the triple digits here this week so what's a bit of rain between friends.

come to think of it, we should ALL move there.
find me a nice EU gal with a seaside home in Eire who wants a mail-order bride, and i'm there. hell, i'll even provide the stamps.
(holly are you in NY?)
Dooo iiiit. Seattle's awesome, and I'm there pretty regularly. I could buy you booze.
(Holly? Where in the PNW?)
(And Belle, word on the mail-order-bride thing. I'm sure my partner would forgive me.)

I'm in Seattle! It is nice here, from May to October. But I'm thinking of applying for Irish citizenship -my gramma was from there so I can.
